- Lodging
- Two dorms with 15 rooms each (30 rooms/60 beds). Each Room includes 1 Full size bed and 1 twin bed with private bathroom/shower. Lodging cost do not include meals.

  Should you have participants not lodging on campus the cost is $10 per day per person and $6. Per half day per person. Include commuters in your total number for meals.

  Please be ready to eat at the beginning of the serving time. A minimum of 15 people is required to serve meals. Below Kindly Indicate the total number for each meal.
  
  Please contact administration with the number of meals to prepared for breakfast, lunch and dinner for each day requested.
  
  For your first meal, we charge your group for the final number given seven days before arrival or actual number (whichever is greater). Actual numbers determine the remaing meals. We will acommodate diets if informed seven days in advance.
  
  Meeting Rooms
  
  Meeting space is included for overnight groups. Day groups are charged $120 for the large meeting room. The chapel is available for Mass and prayer only. Details about meeting space set up needs to be given seven days in advance. Additional charges may apply if changeing meeting needs on arrival.
  
  Dinning Hall
  
  Dinning Hall may be rented seperately for a day charge of $120.00
  
  Deposit
  
  Your deposit is due forty-five days before your arrival.
  Deposits are fully refundable up to thirty-one days before your event. If you cancel within thirty-one days fo your event, you forfeit your deposit. You may transfer the deposit to a different date up to thirty-one days before event. We need the number for lodging seven days before you arrive. The deposit is applied toward the final balance.
  
  We reserve the right to host more than one group at a time. For our coordinating purposes, thank you for communicating your group needs seven days in advance.
